PLEASE NOTE: WEBSITE ORDERS

Last orders on our website for UK Christmas delivery will be 1pm on Tuesday 19th December.

These will go out via DPD on Wednesday 20th for next day delivery on Thursday 21st December.

Orders placed after that time may not be collected by our couriers until January 2023.

Click and collect orders will be available until 6.30pm on Thursday 21st December, after which we can not guarantee that the orders placed will be collated in time for Christmas (but we’ll do our best!).

Our website will stop taking orders at 6.30pm on Thursday 21st December, although you will still be able to browse.We’ll switch the website ordering system back on around Wednesday 27th December although orders will not be despatched until Monday 8th January due to the shops being closed over the festive period.

 

PLEASE NOTE: SHOPPING IN STORE

It gets really busy at Christmas at both our stores, especially our Sharrow Vale Road shop. Priority will always be given to our customers in the store, so if you are phoning, leave a message, but it might be at the end of the day by the time we get to listen to it.

Both are stores are really small and our range is pretty large, some of our stock is highly specialist and our store members have different knowledge of our products. We also like to spend time with our customers to make sure they have the best customer service. So if you’re after a few different things it’s likely that you’ll be served by a couple of different store members. Christmas shopping can be stressful and time consuming, so if you’re in a rush try and visit us towards the end of the day when the shop is a little quieter, or on a weekday or Sunday.

Another way to beat the crowds is to come in earlier in the month, place your order and then collect it from our Ranmoor store (which will be much quieter than our Sharrow Vale shop).
