​Information regarding the operation of our stores during Covid-19 (updated 08/06/21)

 

Both our stores are open and running on Covid-19 precautions. Please read below for each of our stores.

 

257 Sharrow Vale Rd 

Our opening hours are:

Monday to Thursday 11am – 6.30pm

Friday 11am – 7pm

Saturday 10am – 7pm

You are able to come in and purchase individual bottles.

Customers collecting pre-sold goods have a priority service.

As of June 2021 we have returned our counter from it’s Covid station at the front of the store back to its original position at the back of the shop.

Please bear with us as we adjust back to our previous setup. Some bottles may not have price tickets and descriptions and, at times, stock may be on the shop floor due to the volume of deliveries that are incoming. We are working on new logistics and operations to solve these issue and make customer browsing a better experience.

Covid guidelines still apply:

  1. Do not enter the store if you are feeling unwell.
  2. Wear a face mask (that covers both your mouth and nose) unless you are exempt from doing so.
  3. Hand sanitiser is available for public use – please use it when entering and leaving. Do not touch the bottles unless you have sanitised.
  4. Please continue to observe social distancing with your fellow customers.

Now we have more space in the store we are now accepting three customer groups (a maximum of six people) in the store at any one time.

The nature of our business is that we provide advice and so our customer interaction time will be longer than most other businesses. Be aware that at peak shopping times (Friday and Saturday) that you may have to wait a little longer before you are served. In order to minimise waiting times either aim to shop on our quieter days (Monday to Thursday) or purchase online and use the CLICK AND COLLECT option.

We also can take email and phone orders.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

As both our stores are now open we have removed the local delivery for £60 option from our website. If you live locally and require a delivery for purchases under our free minimum delivery (£100) then give us a call or send us an email – starmoreboss@gmail.com and we’ll see how we can fit your order into our delivery schedule.

If you live local to our shops (within 3 miles) and your order is between £60-£100 then order online, select “click and collect” in your basket to complete your order and then get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange a delivery when we are in your area.

358 Fulwood Rd

Our opening hours are:

Monday – Wednesday: Closed

Thursday – Saturday: 1.00pm-6.30pm

Our Fulwood Rd store in Ranmoor is open for browsing.

Please sanitise your hands when you enter and leave.

Please wear a face mask (that covers both your mouth and nose) unless you are exempt from doing so.

Where possible, please do not touch the bottles – we can pick them for you.

Two customer groups are allowed in at any one time to adhere to social distancing measures.

We are not running any tasting events from this store for the foreseeable future. All of our tasting events are now online.

Internet orders are mainly handled by our Sharrow Vale shop but we can arrange collection of goods from our Fulwood Rd shop
