A blend of indigenous Piemonte grapes Favorita, Arneis and Cortese. It balances aroma, texture and acidity effortlessly. A little on the wild side, it showcases almond, peach, blossom and smoky minerals. Lively on the palate, crisp and with a pleasant tang.
The small town of Canelli in Piemonte know mainly for it’s production of Asti Spumante is the home to the Bera Vittorio winery. It’s history dates back to 1785 when the family first bought some of the land. It has remaind in the famliy name from this date and they have grown to just 10 hectars of land, all of which is farmed organically and traditionally. All the grapes used are from the family vineyards which lie in the heart of the most ancient and prestigious area.
