From a tiny mountain side distillery nestled beneath the slate quarries of Dinorwig, looking towards Mount Snowdon comes the seasonal range taking botanicals from distillery surroundings. Each batch is unique and a reflection of the land at that specific time.
Distilled in micro batches and cut down with mountain water, Jessica does everything by hand to ensure the highest quality.
In the spring, the gardens around the distillery offer purple sage and lavender shoots. These are distilled with the a classic botanical base and raw heather honey making a delicate and aromatic gin. Notes of wildflowers with a refreshing menthol finish.
Great as a sipping gin over ice or as refreshing g&t garnished with lime.
