Bortolomiol Prosecco Superior Brut Nature

Made in honour of the founder Giuliano Bortolomiol, the winery have drawn on all their expertise to create this exceptional prosecco. He was the first producer to make a brut style of prosecco.

Made from grapes grown in the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyard in the DOCG region of Valdobbiadene, the best area for Glera grapes. Wine spends up to 30 day fermenting and 10 months on lees. A futher 2-3 months of aging in the bottle prior to release. No dossage allows for the wine to have 0g/l resigual sugar. 

Floral nose but vibrant and powerful, particularly dry flavour. Fine, persistant bubble open to a clean, well balanced wine with bright fruit notes and a pleasant acidity. Dry and elegant, an exceptional superior prosecco.
