Caorunn is a small batch, quadruple-distilled Scottish gin, from the Highlands, crafted by one man, Simon Buley. Using only the finest pure grain spirit, natural Scottish Water and 11 botanical gin ingredients, he personally crafts each and every bottle of Caorunn.
It is an expert infusion of five locally foraged botanicals and six traditional botanicals. The classics include juniper, coriander seed, lemon and orange peel, angelica root and cassia bark. Local botanticals include bog myrtle, heather, coul blush apple, dandelion leaf and rowan berry. This berry is the soul of the gin and where their name comes from, the Gaelic word for rowan berry is Caorunn.
A modern “London Dry” gin with a dry and crisp, aromatic taste adventure and a long dry finish. Clean, sweet and full bodied.
Served with cool fizzing tonic and slices of red apple to highlight its aromatic flavour profile, or in a classic or contemporary cocktail, it’s a beautifully versatile gin!
