Rhum Clément was founded by Homere Clément in 1887 in Martinique, a small Caribbean island which has a unique terrior and the perfect tropical climate and humidity for producing rhum. It is the only French Caribbean island to have an AOC appellation, which they recieved in 1996. With more than 125 years of tradition, Rhum Clément is the no.1 selling Rhum Agricole, produced in Le Francois, Lowland Martinique producing rhums with great elegance.

The 2017 edition of Canne Bleue boasts an exceptional profile. The mouth reveals sweet fruited notes of sugarcane, citrus and lychee, which are complimented with light hints of pepper and pink peppercorn. The flavour profile is effortlessly balanced with a lively vegetal aromatic bouquet of mint and fresh cut cane stalk. 2016
Harvested on the land of the Habitation Clément since 1977, it is part of the varieties recognized by the INAO to the controlled development of rums in denominations of origin. This long work to discover a rum that retains all the aromas of sugar cane, and which enhances fruity notes made with a roundness and a length in the exceptional mouth.
