With ruby red tonality, it offers red fruit scents, enriched by aromatic sweet and mellow oak notes on the nose. At the palate it’s extremely rich, intense and embracing.
Maceration and fermentation of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 25°C for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 50% in tonneaux of 550 litres for 6 months. The rest in stainless steel tanks.
