The Osborn Family have tended vines in McLaren Vale since 1912. Now in it’s fourth generation, the family makes distinctive wines in traditional methods. Small batches of grapes are gently crucshed and start fermentation. Two thirds of the way through grapes are foot trodden before being basket pressed and fermentation is stopped with a fine fortifying brandy spirit. The wine sees no oak resulting in a sweet rich fruitiness.
