Philippe de Benoist built the vineyard himself back in 1970, but today his son Cyril is in charge of all viticulture and winemaking aspects of production. Certified biodynamic from vintage 2017, his exuberant, single vineyard Sancerre is hard to beat with its ripe, grassy fruit and complex minerality.
A ripe wine with grapefruit and complex minerality. Zesty but still elegant.
