Another stunning Regina Pessoa label from the Drink Me series. Drink Me Branco is fresh and delicate in aroma, and decidedly mineral. On the palate, it is appealing and very elegant, with good acidity, fresh and refreshing. A very balanced white, with presence but not too strong. Perfect for a wide range of occasions.

Viticulture 

Grapes hand picked in August and September. 4000-6000 Vines per Ha at an altitude of 350-500m. 

Winemaking

Grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months. 

Taste 

The Drink me Kali Branco 2020 is a great example of the Niepoort style: austere and deeply mineral. This is a fresh white wine with herbaceous and citrusy notes on the nose as well as a youthful character which nevertheless promises great ageing potential. Overall, a wine of great finesse and elegance, ending in an electric finish which will linger enticingly in your mind.
