Pablo Padin is the amalgamation of two families who honed their knowledge and experience from years of producing their own wines. They began making artisanal wine following the traditional methods employed by the family; however the evolution of their business allowed them to introduce advanced technology and modern infrastructures, whose results are high quality Albariño wines.
Grapes sourced from their own vineyards are supplemented by those of local growers, selected after strict quality control. Production at the Bodega is restricted to 450,000 bottles to maximise quality over quantity.
Intense, fruity aromas and delicate hints of flowers, highlighting the strong character, and an excellent representation of the grape – ideal for both enthusiasts and those discovering Rías Baixas.
