Filey Pink Gin

Our elegant pink gin doffs its cap (a flat cap of course, as we are in Yorkshire!), to the traditions of what used to constitute a pink gin; namely a gin and tonic with a good splash of bitters.

To that end, we have taken our signature gin and added both cassia and cinchona bark, joined by orange peel, fresh Filey rhubarb and strawberries.

Distilled and bottled in a 160-year-old former herring smokehouse on the North Yorkshire Coast.
