Gruber Roschitz Veltliner

Gruber Röschitz is a pioneering family winery in the Weinviertel wine- growing area of Niederösterreich. The three siblings strive for one focus: finesse-driven wines, which are made by the Röschitz terroir. Unique Grüner Veltliner and Riesling with mineral style. Röschitz is highly regarded for its exciting and individual styles of wines thanks to its unique and exceptional soils of primary rock with granite and shallow loess topsoil.

Grape Varieties: 100% Grüner Veltliner.

Farming Practices: Organic.

Vinification: The grapes are from different vineyards, mainly loess soil. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 18°C.

Tasting Note: Yellow apple, a hint of pineapple with wild meadow herbs. Elegant acidity provides a fine structure for ripe fruit.
