Winemaking Process:

In crafting this Malbec, meticulous care is taken from vine to bottle. The vineyard, situated in Maipú, Mendoza, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, boasts vines dating back to 2005 and follows the Guyot simple conduction method. With a density of 6,900 plants per hectare and a production of 1,300g per plant, the manual selection of clusters during harvest ensures only the finest grapes are chosen.

The winemaking process involves a cold maceration in 50HL stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. Notably, this Malbec sees no oak aging, allowing its vibrant character to shine through.
