After initially being matured in Bourbon barrels, this expression is finished for around six months in Oloroso sherry hogsheads sourced directly from producer Miguel Martin in Jerez. It is then bottled at 55% Vol, once again without chill filtration and with no added colouring. The result is a whisky that showcases a sweeter smoke and rich fruit notes, perfectly balancing the peat and spice that have become synonymous with Lagg’s Single Malts.
