Les Chiens Catalans Blanc

From the North Catalan region otherwise known as the Roussillon, this wines names translates as “the dogs…”. Made from a blend of native grenache blanc and roussanne grown in clay and silt soils. Classic white wine production methods with no oak treament.

Honeysuckle, peach and herbs notes shine through from the roussanne and the grenache brings texture, balance and weight to support. Slight saline finish with juicy pear. 

Pair with rich, creamy dishes, pate and white meat.
