70% Espadin 30% Cuixe (Karwinskii)

Agaves are roasted in an earthern pit. Fermented with local well water and wild yeast. Distilled in a copper pot still.

Hint of smoke and a sweet fragrance. Herbal notes of sage, earth and minerals leading to a floral finish.
