Mellow Corn Whiskey BIB

Mellow Corn is a high-proof gold-coloured American corn whiskey aged for four years before bottling. As a corn whiskey, the mashbill is a minimum of 81% corn, with the remainder being a combination of malted barley and rye.

Nose: Bright and brisk – heaps of vanilla taffy, dried banana, sweet corn, and honey.

Palate: A hint of ginger and warm spice wrapped around a soft, sweet core of vanilla taffy and banana.

Finish: Long with vanilla and a touch of white pepper.
