Taking a thoroughly contemporary approach, Bella Modella creates a fine yet affordable style of modern still wines and Prosecco.

Viticulture 

The region the vines are grown includes the northern part of the province of Chieti which goes up to the foot of the Maiella massif. The soils ar emostly clay, and the average annual rainfall in the area is between 700 mm in the coastal strip and 800/900 mm per year on the central hill. The climate is warm and temperate with significant temperature variations between day and night. Frequent ventilation determines optimal conditions for the health of the grapes.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually followed by a soft pressing and fermentation maceration with selected yeasts at controlled temperature below 20 ° C in steel tanks. Cold stabilisation and bottling through isobaric filler.

Taste 

A beautifully, light, vibrant white to be appreciated for its zesty, citrus and green apple character and refreshing quality.

Food Pairing 

Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, risottos and fish-based first courses. Suitable with fresh cheeses, vegetables and white meats.
