“Classic pure Guatemala with that oh-so approachable clean colomn still characteristic. I always love that freshness you get from Guatemala, like squeezed juice, a really lovely crisp, neat and pure delivery. This is proper breakfast rum and a complete contrast to the Fiji SIngle cask we selected. They are like day and night. The finish in the Madeira cask just adds that extra layer of very subtle complexity, a touch of spice, nut and ocean spray.”

Plantation Rum tasting notes:

Nose : Intense and fruity on peach, raisin, pineapple, orange peel, hazelnut and caramel.

Palate : Rich and round on almond, French toast, apricot, soft spices, coffee, tobacco and vanilla.
