Tropical Aging: 12 years (Bourbon and Slovenian Oak)
Continental Aging: 2 years (Ferrand 350 litre casks)
Nose: Pasty-like, caramel, ripe fig, licorice, molasses. Woody, buttery, minty, touch of smoke.
Palate: Rich and quite woody, fruity notes of cooked apple, lemon, mango, walnut. Spice, white pepper, vanilla and nutmeg.
Finish: Long, dry on milk chocolate, coffee, woody oak.
