Porters Tropical Old Tom Gin

2012 saw the basement of Porter’s Bar turned in to an innovative micro-distilleries. Founders, Ben, Josh and Alex, built their own unique still, which distills at low temperatures to retain their freshness and natural flavour. After working closely with respected distillers, they decided to perfect the art of cold distillation. Their products show a respect for tradition whilst remaining innovating and result in an balanced and refined gin. 

All botanicals are carefully selected and ethically sourced with 100% grain wheat spirit. Botanicals include: Juniper, angelica, almond, coriander, liquorice, lemon, orange, buddha’s hand, pink peppercorn, orris root, cassia bark and cinnamon.

This Old Tom stays true to the classic and builds on juniper base with exotic fruits such as passion fruit guava and white tea. Ever so slightly sweetened to balance it and make it an Old Tom.
