The Alvarinho grape produces fresh aromatic wines with a citrus opening. Floral and fruity with a pleasant freshness until the end.
The “Fox Den Farm” has 2 Hectares of vineyards in the outskirts of Braga. Manuel and Elisabete also produce diverse organic fruits and herbs, in the granitic soils of the farm, which faces South and has excellent exposition to sun and wind, at an altitude of 350m. The grapes grown are the indigenous Alvarinho and Avesso. They are associated to Vinibio, a local organic cooperative of wine producers, where they leave the grapes not used for their main wine. In 2017 they stopped adding sulphur to their wines.
