Producer
Maison Salasar, founded in 1890, is located in the Haute-Vallée de l’Aude in Campagne sur Aude. Its 60 hectare vineyard located within the Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux appellation benefits from a major climatic advantage since it is located in mid-mountain ranges between 300 and 500 m above sea level at the foot of the Pyrenees.
Three generations have contributed to the reputation of this House, which has become a reference in the world of bubbles. Since February 2013, La Maison Salasar has joined the family entity of Domaines Bonfils. This merger has contributed to the renewal of the range which is now defined as nine expressions, four in Traditional Method and five in Crémant.
