For more than half a century, the production of Cantina Sampietrana has been based on the cultivation of the typical “Apulian tree”: peculiarities of Puglia, they are trees that are more than 40 years old. Still, from these ancient plants we produce the autochthonous varieties “Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia”; the harvest is done manually, according to tradition, giving life to refined and full-bodied wines made in Puglia.
A blend of Negroamaro and Susumaniello, it has an aroma of jams, vanilla, and spices. Elegant, warm, soft and round taste, a slightly sweet and luscious tannin.
To be paired with aged cheeses, grilled meats, lamb, game and spicy dishes.
