Sao Joao Reserva Brut Sparkling

An excellent sparkling wine from a famous Portugese house, Caves Sao Joao. Made of a blend of Bical, Chardonnay and two other native Portugese grape grown in the DOC of Bairrada and made in the traditional method. Something a liitle different to prosecco and really interesting. 

Aromatic, dry floral notes are complimented by lime, lemon, orange blossom and tropical notes. A little creaminess, fresh acidity and crisp foam make for a beautifully balanced sparkling.
