Nose: Aromas of clove rock and strawberry jam with hints of red cherry and muscovado sugar.

Palate: Brambles, beeswax and dark chocolate mingled with treacle toffees and a chili prickle.

Finish: Woody and spicy with notes of mocha and nougat leaving an espresso coffee linger.
