Two Birds Spirits is the work of engineer and gin enthusiast, Mark Gamble. Started back in 2013 in the quaint town of Market Harborough, his operations have seen multiple awards but his products are still small batch and hand crafted coming from his still ‘Gerard’. With the recent addition of Shaun Edwards, previously of Warner Edwards, they continue to be exciting and innovative spirit makers whilst staying true to their ethos. They also work towards sustainable production recycling were possible, sourcing ingredients from the UK carefully and using natural, organic inks to decorate the bottles.
