A crucial element of the wine is it’s respect for the environment meaning that only organic practices were carried out, using indigenous yest to start the fermentation process. The wine sees some time on it’s lees.
A wine of elegance, tradition and modernism all at the same time. Ripe peaches and apricot along with white flowers and spice are supported by a subtle creaminess. Powerful with a touch of sweetness.
