Willet Pot Still Bourbon 1.75l Magnum

Big format of the Willet Pot Still bottling.

Using the original mash bills that Thompson used in 1937, and then aged in new American oak casks. Willet’s is then packaged in the unusual and striking pot still shaped bottle, loved by so many.

NOSE: Floral notes – jasmine & orange blossoms, ginger, cinnamon, lots of bananas when water is added. 

PALATE: Lemon, black tea, butterscotch, citrus, nutty, honey. Add a little water and discover bananas & milk chocolate.

FINISH: Medium; Eucalyptus, herbal, rye, spicy, pepper.
